Presenters:

LYNN HALPERIN: After a distinguished career in health education and counseling, Lynn found a second calling at the potter’s wheel. She studied art at the University of California, Berkeley; participates in national art shows; and shares an art studio with her husband, Joe.

JOE HALPERIN: Once the vice president and chief medical officer for several hospitals, Joe now describes himself as a full-time artist. He studied painting at the University of California, Berkeley, and has shown his work at juried art shows. He’s also a 10-year student of the cello.

HARRIET SHENKMAN: Professor emerita at City University of New York and an award-winning poet, Harriet has seen her work appear in literary reviews and magazines. She’s performed readings locally and published two chapbooks of poetry.
